Conditions for
Successful Grant Recipients

If your community group is successful in securing part or full funding for a defibrillator, the following conditions will apply:

  1. Maintenance Responsibility: The group must ensure the defibrillator is kept in good working order with regular maintenance and upkeep.
  2. Installation Location: The defibrillator must be installed in a common area of the clubrooms or facility, making it accessible to all user groups.
  3. Shared Access: The defibrillator must be available for all other tenant groups at the facility, promoting shared community access.
  4. Acknowledgment of Funding: The group must recognize BNDCE’s contribution as outlined in their Expression of Interest form (e.g., through signage or public acknowledgment).
  5. Marketing and Publicity:
    • BNDCE reserves the right to use photos and information from the grant for its marketing and publicity campaigns.
    • BNDCE reserves the right to co-brand or place appropriate signage on the defibrillator or on any other funded item, where appropriate.

These conditions ensure that the defibrillator remains functional and accessible and acknowledges BNDCE’s support. It also allows BNDCE to promote its role in helping community groups improve safety.
